Coffeeehouse? |

You will neeed 1800-3500 square feet for a traditional Coffeehouse.
Carts, Kiosks and smaller units are also possible. |

Is restaurant experience necessary to qualify as an ARABICA
franchisee? |

No. However, the franchisee and or manager will be trained
at a designated operating coffehouse and must successfully complete
our training course. |

At least one principal must be active and responsible for operations. |

Can a franchisee own more than one ARABICA Coffeehouse? |

Yes, if you have the necessary financial capabilities and management
background, ARABICA has an excellent multiple package. |

Yes. A Protected area is designated in each franchise agreement. |

The term of the franchise agreement is 10 years. It can be
